Spanish Vocabulary Part 7 Through Tamil (2026) - Nunca, Comprendo, Aqui, Ahora, Mucho Meaning

✒️Dear Learners, today we are going to learn another five more important Spanish words (36 to 40). These words are too helpful when we starting to learn on sentence format. From next post onwards we will start sentence formation by using the words which were learned in past 6 posts. Let's go to subject:

IMPORTANT WORDS

36.) nunca  (நுங்க்கஹ்) = never =  ஒருபோதுமில்லா.

Meaning: At no time. This is a negative adverb.

Pronunciation: NOON-kah. 'u' silent soft.

Example Sentence: 

Spanish: Nunca como carne.

English: I never eat meat.

Tamil: Naan orupothum iraichi saapiduvathillai.

Spanish: Nunca voy allí.

English: I never go there.

Tamil: Naan orupothum anga povathillai.

37.)comprendo (கொம்ப்ரெண்தோ) = understand = புரிந்துகொள் (அ) பொருள் தெரிந்துகொள்.

This is first person form of verb 'comprender'. Very important for conversation.

Example:

Spanish: Comprendo español un poco.

English: I understand Spanish a little.

Tamil: Enakku konjam Spanish puriyum.

Spanish: No comprendo.

English: I don't understand.

Tamil: Enakku puriyavillai.

Pro Tip: When someone speaks fast, say "No comprendo, más despacio por favor" - I don't understand, slower please.

38.) aqui (அஹ்கீ) = here = இங்கு (அ) இங்கே.

Location adverb. Opposite is 'allí' = there.

Example:

Spanish: Estoy aqui.

English: I am here.

Tamil: Naan ingu irukiren.

Spanish: Ven aqui.

English: Come here.

Tamil: Inga vaa.

39.) ahora (அஹொரஹ்) = now = இப்பொழுது (அ) இந்நேரத்தில்.

Time adverb. Most used in daily speech.

Example:

Spanish: Vamos ahora.

English: Let's go now.

Tamil: Ippozhuthu polam.

Spanish: Ahora comprendo.

English: Now I understand.

Tamil: Ippozhuthu enakku purigirathu.

40.) mucho (மூச்சொஹ்) = a lot of = ஏராளம் (அ) பெருமளவு.

Example:

Spanish: Te quiero mucho.
English: I love you a lot.
Tamil: Unnai enakku romba pidikkum.

Spanish: Mucho gracias? Wrong. Correct is Muchas gracias = Thank you very much.
Spanish: Tengo mucho trabajo.
English: I have a lot of work.
Tamil: Enakku niraiya velai irukku.

HOW TO PRACTICE THESE 5 WORDS TOGETHER - SENTENCE FORMATION TIP:

1. Nunca comprendo mucho aqui ahora. = I never understand a lot here now. (Practice sentence)

2. Yo comprendo - aqui es mucho bueno. = I understand - here is very good.

3. Ahora estoy aqui, nunca voy alla. = Now I am here, I never go there.

Your homework: Write 5 sentences using nunca, aqui, ahora. Comment la podunga, naan thiruthuren.

Why This Batch is Important?

These 5 words are in top 100 most frequent Spanish words. Without nunca, aqui, ahora you cannot make even one proper sentence. Spanish people use 'mucho' for every second sentence - Te quiero mucho, Mucho gusto, Muchas gracias.
