Spanish - The Basics of Spanish via Tamil...(I)

✒️Dear Learners, So far this day we have learned some things about Spanish language through Tamil, especially how to exchange greetings etc and that part ended with last post itself. 

✒️Now we are going to learn the basics of the Spanish language. At the end of the post you may find some grammar tips for better understanding. I am requesting you please use search button for finding the meaning of the word which is not here. Initially I have planned to post three posts in a month but due to time constraint and other commitments unable to post but definitely one post will come every month and if time permits more posts will come. Let’s move to the subject...

Sentences regarding relationship:

126.) Mi padre siempre es muy estricto en la casa. (மீ பாதரே சியெம்ரே எஸ் முய் எஸ்ட்றீக்தோ என் லா காஸா) = My father is always very strict in the house. = என் தந்தை வீட்டில் எப்போதும் மிகவும் கண்டிப்பான மனிதர்.

127.) Mi madre siempre es muy feliz en la casa. (மீ மாதரே சியெம்ரே எஸ் முய் ஃபெலிஸ் என் லா காஸா) = My mother is always very happy in the house = என் தாய் வீட்டில் எப்போதும் மிகவும் சந்தோஷமாக இருப்பார்.

128.) Tenemos un muy bien maestro en la escuela. (தெனமோஸ் உன் முய் பியன் மயிஸ்த்ரோ என் லா எஸ்குயுல்லா) = we have a very good teacher at school = எங்களுக்கு நல்ல ஆசிரியர் பள்ளியில் உள்ளார்.

129.) Nuestro Dios esta vivo. (நுவிஸ்த்ரோ தியோஸ் எஸ்தா விவோ) = Our God is alive. = எங்கள் இறைவன் உயிருடன் இருப்பவர்.

130.) Mi hijo es muy alto, pero mi hija es muy baja. (மீ ஈஹோ எஸ் முய் ஆல்தோ, பெரோ மீ ஈஹா எஸ் முய் பாஹா.) = My son is very tall but my daughter is very short = என் மகன் மிகவும் உயரம் ஆனால் என் மகள் மிகவும் குள்ளம்.

131.) Tengo un hermano Y una hermana. (தெங்கோ உன் ஹெர்மானோ ஈ உனா ஹெர்மானா) = I have a brother and a sister. = எனக்கு ஒரு சகோதரனும், சகோதரியும் உள்ளார்கள்.

132.) Mi abuelo vive en los Estados Unidos. (மீ அபியுல்லோ விவே என் லோஸ் எஸ்தாதோஸ் உனிதோஸ்) = My grandfather lives in the United States. = என் தாத்தா ஐக்கிய அமெரிக்காவில் வசிக்கிறார்.

133.) Mi abuela y yo vivimos en india. (மீ அபியுல்லா ஈ யோ விவிமோஸ் என் இந்தியா) = My grandmother and I live in India. = நானும் என் பாட்டியும் இந்தியாவில் வசிக்கிறோம்.

134.) Tu eres mi esposo y me tu esposa. (தூ எரஸ் மீ எஸ்போஸோ ஈ மே தூ எஸ்போஸா) = You are my husband and I am your wife. = நீங்கள் என் கணவர் நான் உங்கள் மனைவி.

135.) Mi bebe ´siempre esta jugando conmigo. (மீ பிபே சியெம்ரே எஸ்தா ஹுகாந்தோ கோன்மிகோ) = my baby is always playing with me . = என் குழந்தை எப்போதும் என்னோடு விளையாடி கொண்டிருக்கும்.

Grammar Tips:

🔴Padre (பாதரே) = Father = தந்தை.

🔴Madre (மாதரே) = Mother = தாய்.

🔴Maestro (மயிஸ்த்ரோ) = Teacher = குரு (அ) ஆசிரியர். (maestro & Maestra if “a” comes at the end denotes female gender and “o” male gender)

🔴Dios (இறைவன்) = God = தியோஸ்.

🔴Hijo (ஈஹோ) = Son = மகன்.

🔴Hija (ஈஹா) = Daughter = மகள்.

🔴Hermano (ஹெர்மானோ) = Brother = சகோதரன்.

🔴Hermana (ஹெர்மானா) = Sister = சகோதரி.

🔴Abuelo (அபியுல்லோ) = Grandfather = தாத்தா.

🔴Abuela (அபியுல்லா) = Grandmother = பாட்டி.

🔴Esposo (எஸ்போஸோ) = Husband = கணவன்.

🔴Esposa (எஸ்போஸா) = Wife = மனைவி.

🔴Bebe (பிபே) = Baby = குழந்தை (bebe means drink but with the accent in the second “e” creates difference that bebe´ means baby.

🔴Estricto (எஸ்ட்றீக்தோ) = Strict = கண்டிப்பான.

🔴Tenemos (தெனமோஸ்) = We have = எங்களுக்கு.

🔴Escuela (எஸ்குயுல்லா) = School = பள்ளி.

🔴Nuestro (நுவிஸ்த்ரோ) = Our = எங்கள்.

🔴Vivo (விவோ) = Live or alive = வாழ்கிறார் (அ) வசிக்கிறார். (adjective)

🔴Vive (விவே) = Live or alive = வாழ்கிறார் (அ) வசிக்கிறார். (Vive is third person singular)

🔴Vivimos (விவிமோஸ்) = We live = வாழ்கிறோம் (அ) வசிக்கிறோம்.

🔴Alto (ஆல்தோ) = Tall = உயரம்.

🔴Baja (பாஹா.) = Short = குள்ளம்.

🔴Estados Unidos (எஸ்தாதோஸ் உனிதோஸ்) = United States = ஐக்கிய அமெரிக்கா.

🔴Jugando (ஹுகாந்தோ) = Playing = விளையாடி கொண்டிருக்கும்.
